India is getting serious about dissidence presented on WhatsApp

In the case of WhatsApp, Times of India reports that group administrators are directed to remove members from a group chat if they’re breaking the law.
Ganesh Naik has been arrested and is out on bail, and Balakrishna Naik is on the lam.
More than that, group chats are supposed to only include people that the admin knows personally.
If that doesn’t happen, the admin shoulders the responsibility and is considered guilty by proxy.
While that’s noble, this could be seen as censorship and the state impeding free speech.

As it stated in Moneycontrol NewsSenior Air India officers recently received a WhatsApp message from their boss: Carry your own bags!
Around 25,000 people work at Air India, more than 40 percent of which are employed at AI-SATS, a ground handling agency.
Some staff are tasked with assisting VIPs and airline staff and these porters carry luggage from the entry gate to the boarding point.
An Air India official was quoted as saying most airline staff used to avail of this service.
Henceforth, however, only MPs and unwell staff can ask for their bags to be carried.
