Uniarch Security Camera
Today we are talking about the Uniarch Security Camera which is new model that appeared at the security camera market at the last couple months the brand itself has lots of models on it, it’s like you are entering to a whole new world of models.
In general, all the security cameras need lots of thing to makes it work properly but with Uniarch you don’t need all that kind of things it simply need one cable to make it work and recording since the Uniarch brand have some of its models can work with only Wi-Fi or a Bluetooth.
The Uniarch brand have lots of options such as 2 years warty, plus the extremely amazing night vision, and the one cable option that called (POE)it also Identify control areas with an alarm on the owners phone so you can know if anything happen to your place even if you are not there, since you can get it om your phone all the time.
The camera itself had be designed to cover a wider angel which is an amazing option that can help you so save some extra cash since you will need fewer cameras to cover all the area you want to secure, the camera also can offer a very nice face recognition, we can say that the Uniarch models is the future of the security camera, we will take everything you would ever need to know in details in this topic such as networks, cables, PoE+, all that thing you need to know before you buy it.
The network is the way that we are connecting to each other and that is the way you can link the security cameras and the security system along with your phone together, and you are going to use this kind of links you will need to use a main computer to be your master server that connect everything together, normally the server is the only thing that have the permeation to open the security videos and check them out but with the new updates and the Uniarch models you can do that from your phone also like we said before.
The network types that the camera can use its more than just one, there is three deferent network type such as (Star Topology), (Bus Topology), (Ring Topology).
But the most comment one we can use at Uniarch security camera is the (Star Topology) since its transporting all the data from the linked devises to the master server devise and then save it there and if any other devise asking for it the master devise send a copy for it but the main data will remain at the server and you can use it with any connection (lane, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth).
And if we talk about the (Bus Topology) it will be a very amazing network model if you will looking for a network for your small company because it simply work on a very specific area because the (Bus Network) is a network type that only work on a small circle and only with the internet cable or what are we calling (LAN).
The Bus network is an amazing because if any of the devises fail or lost his data or anything bad happen to it, the bus topology won’t affect the others because every devise that connecting with the source with his own cable.
If we talk about the (Ring topology) it’s a network type that allow you to link all the data you have at the computers together, it’s like a circle that connect each network device to two others, like it’s a point on this circle.
On this ring network the packets of data moving to only one direction which it called (unidirectional) and the other type that allow the data to move on both ways called (bidirectional).
This network topology has a very huge problem which is like we said it’s a ring or in other word it’s a circle and if any of these devises goes down the whole operation will be down until this broken devise is back online.
This topologies can work on both network ways which is LANs (local area network) and WANs (wide area networks), and its depending on the type of the network card you are using on the PC that linked to the Ring Topologies and for the cable that is amazing for this kind of network is (coaxial cable and the RJ-45)
For the internet cable models we can say that there is two type of cables which is (STRAIGHT-THRU) and the (CROSSOVER) and these two types has some of the cables in them such as (TX+ / TX- / RX+ / RX-)
The (IP): means (Internet Protocol) which means its your address on the internet with this number.
And for the Subnet mask: it dividing a network into two or more networks.
And for the default gateway: it represents the router address which is the very specific spot that your modem router is linked on the internet with.
Now let’s talk about two models that exist in the security camera in general which is (IP) and (Analog).
Both of these models are getting the photo or the video that you want to see, they are a very amazing security camera but on Uniarch security camera the different is the IP Camera has a much better quality and resolution, and the Analog has a little bit pixeled photos.
So, if you are looking for a camera that can get you the better-quality photos and videos you should pick the IP Camera.
Now let’s talk about the (ANALOG CCTV) and the (IP SURVEILLANCE), each one of them has a very specific system that need to work with, and if we going to start with one of them at Uniarch security camera, then let’s start with the (ANALOG CCTV) and this type of system need a devise called (DVR) this the purpose of this devise is linking all of the cameras with the power box so none of the cameras got too much power or too low power.
And for the (IP SURVEILLANCE) system it will need a (PoE Switch) so you can link all of the cameras with the NVR and control all of them from one place and this place will have all the data and photos that the cameras showing.
Analog CCTV | IP Surveillance | |
Price | Cheap Cameras, expensive cabling | Broad range cameras and price ranges lower TCO |
Resolution | Top out at 720 x 480, many systems run at ¼ of this resolution | HD/megapixel IP cameras are 3 to 9 times the resolution of analog CCTV |
Scalability | Costly and difficult to expand “rip and replace” is typical | Poe, wireless make adding cameras or moving them extremely flexible, ceiling rooftops, light poles, concrete walls, etc.
IP make campus wide and/or multi-site installation much simpler to deploy (and grow) |
Intelligence | None in camera, fixed camera count DVR has motion detection | Motion detection and video analytic in the camera, ability to easily configure and control camera remotely |
Cabling | Combo power/coax cable is generally twice as much as network cable, audio and PTZ require additional cables | Single low-cost network cable carriers’ power, video, audio, PTZ, video motion detection data, alarm triggers |
A CCTV, or closed-circuit television, surveillance system transmits the feed of its connected security cameras to a specific location.
The network of security cameras makes up a complete system and the signals are nor publicly distributed to outside receivers.
(1)IP, or internet protocol, cameras are digital video cameras that transmit video footage via computer network.
(2)IP cameras typically feature better picture quality, advanced recording features, and compared with the older CCTV systems.
These three different types of power contains a different type of frequency, and for the PoE (Power of Ethernet) each one of them can support a very specific subjects, for the normal PoE it can support device such as (VoIP’s / AP’s) which need (802.3af and 15.4 Watts).
And for the PoE+ it can support the devices we want in this topic such as (Pam/Tilt/Zoom Cameras) (Video IP Phones) along with the (Alarm System) and these devices need (802.3at / 25.5 watts)
the PoE++, and for this type it is the highest Power of Ethernet we are using on our life so far which it needed to power up with the (Laptops and TV’s) and this type of PoE provides (802.3bt / 51/71 watts)
The Uniarch Security Camera itself is an amazing and having lots of option such as durability, the camera is made from a very strong materials and live for a long time, and for the features you will not find all that options on any other camera such as face recognition and night vision and all that options, along with the plug & play which means the video and pictures that stand for a very amazing quality, along with the price it’s so economy which means it’s not that expansive and if you put all that together you will find that this brand is super strong very nice quality super hard to brake and it has an economy price, who can beat that !
